According to Kasco Group, the design of VAL is inspired by the harmony between nature and the city, and the project is located in a natural reserve on the banks of Dubai Creek, where residents can enjoy excellent waterfront views. Studio apartments measure up to 445 square feet, one-bedrooms are 883 square feet and two-bedrooms have a maximum size of 1,694 square feet.
