Deyaar Development, a Dubai-based real estate developer and real estate services provider, has announced the launch of Jannat, which will be the developer's final phase of the Midtown community in Dubai.

Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, Chief Executive Officer of Deyaar Development PJSC, said: "Following the successful delivery of the previous phases of Midtown, we are looking forward to completing another exciting area under our flagship project, which consists of 24 buildings across six districts, in keeping with Deyaar's renowned quality and timely delivery promise."

The integrated Midtown community includes a variety of convenience stores, recreational, sports and daycare facilities and a 3,000-square-foot nursery, the developer said in a statement on Monday.
