Dubai Investments, a leading investment company listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), announced that the first phase of its Dh1 billion ($272.2 million) flagship project, Danah Bay, located in the heart of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, has been completely sold out.
Danah Bay is a 90,000-square-meter development of premium beach communities with 188 villas - including two-bedroom townhouses with rooftop terraces, three-bedroom villas, four-bedroom beachfront villas and five-bedroom breakwater villas - and residential towers comprising 107 apartments, including one- to four-bedroom penthouses.
With 40,000 square meters of beach, the developer says the development is the perfect resort-style retreat, setting new standards and promoting profitable investment options in the Ras Al Khaimah emirate.
Dubai Investments said that Phase 1 includes two, three and more three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas, Phase 2 includes four, five and more five-bedroom villas and two-bedroom townhouses, and the final phase will include a hotel and residential apartments.
At the launch of the project, Obaid Salami, managing director of Dubai Investment Properties, said: "Dana Bay has been designed not only to create a desirable living environment, but also to bring a lucrative investment opportunity to the booming emirate of Ras Al Khaimah."
