AE - Sobha Realty, the UAE's premium real estate developer, said it has successfully completed work on Waves, a 35-storey residential tower with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units on Sobha Hartland's waterfront.
The tower is located in front of Sobha Hartland's 1.8 kilometre long waterfront timber walkway and construction began in early 2021.
It is the first ready-to-go development on the entire Sobha Hartland waterfront with exceptional views of the Dubai skyline, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan Racecourse, Meydan One Shopping Centre and the Dubai Creek.
The Waves also includes a designated barbecue area, a yoga and meditation area and an infinity pool with views of the Dubai skyline and waterfront.
Of the on-time completion, Managing Director Francis Alfred said." We are delighted to have completed construction of our iconic Waves project on the waterfront at Sobha Hartland, well ahead of schedule. Dubai real estate is expected to experience strong expansion in 2023, with the residential property segment expected to witness growth of over 40%."
"We are eager to contribute to this growth by developing and accelerating the completion of our key developments in the city. The exquisite Waves project will be the first tower on the waterfront side of the Sobha Hartland community," he said.
Alfred noted that Sobha was able to complete the project in a record time of 24 months. He said that every detail had been precisely planned to ensure Sobha's signature quality throughout the project.
He said Sobha Real Estate is committed to redefining the art of living by delivering luxury properties of exceptional quality and design.
He added that the project has a wide selection of elegant flats including 1BR, 1BR + study, 2BR and 2BR + maid's room to suit the needs of all our clients.
Sobha Hartland, a freehold community, is an 8 million square foot waterfront community with luxurious flats, villas and upscale townhouses that inspire a lifestyle of comfort and luxury.
The community also offers a variety of dining venues, retail outlets and entertainment venues, as well as extensive natural green areas.
