Metropolitan Homes will be part of the largest real estate brokerage group in the UAE, which includes Metropolitan Premium Properties in Dubai and Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi.

Metropolitan Homes will be led by Head of Sales, Alina Adamco, who will oversee a team of 75 community specialists spread across three divisions: Coastal Communities, Central Areas and Villas.

Alina Adamco will oversee the coastal team, Sales Director Svetlana Vasilieva will oversee the central team and Sales Director Sumeet Khubchandani will oversee the villas.

Metropolitan Homes will also have a dedicated lettings team, led by Leandre Adonis, which will cater for lettings in all major communities.

The company's community specialists will be based at the group's 30,000 sq ft offices in Business Bay and Emaar Business Park and will work with buyers and sellers of properties over A$1.5 million.

Metropolitan Homes' coastal team will focus on beach communities and ready-made properties in iconic destinations such as The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Bluewater Island, Rami Harbour and Jumeirah Bay Islands, while the central team will focus on high demand residential and commercial areas in Dubai such as Downtown, City Walk, Business Bay, Meydan, Dubai Creek and more.

The 'Villas' team will focus on all the well-known gated communities such as Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, District One, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Tilal al Ghaf, etc.

Metropolitan Homes plans to grow our team to 150 people next year and will therefore be actively recruiting the best community professionals to join our award winning company and culture.

Will be working primarily with Dubai residents who are looking for their permanent homes and investors who wish to diversify their portfolios into ready-made units.

Also seeing an increasing number of overseas clients interested in the Dubai property market, so part of our service will be to remotely represent these clients for all their rental and purchase needs.

September saw the launch of Penthouse.ae, an ultra-luxury brand for properties above AED 20 million, so the launch of Metropolitan Homes is a natural next step in our efforts to offer properties to the mainstream consumer market.

After a record first half of the year, the first six months of 2022 have already reached the full year revenue of 2021.

As a result, secondary market transactions have increased by 300%, so we felt that now was the right time to create a brand specifically for the secondary market.

The Metropolitan Group includes three full-service real estate agencies in the UAE.

Metropolitan Premium Real Estate (Dubai), Metropolitan Residential (Dubai) and Metropolitan Capital Real Estate LLC (Abu Dhabi).
