Abstract: Unprecedented performance shows strong demand for ready-to-move-in, secluded villas

B1 Real Estate recently announced its record-breaking sales season with notable villa sales on the Palm Jumeirah.

The luxury real estate brokerage is known for its highly curated portfolio of some of the most sought-after properties in the Middle East.

Since its launch in 2021, B1 Real Estate has quickly earned its place as a leader in luxury property investment, specialising in properties located on the Palm Jumeirah.

The brokerage is also known for selling the most expensive duplex at Atlantis Royal Residences for Dhs163 million, as well as other properties located in places such as Bluewater Island.

Deniz Zeybek, vice president of sales, said." Demand for luxury villas on the Palm Jumeirah is insatiable. At B1 Real Estate, we specialise in providing discerning clients with exactly what they are looking for, with exceptional service and sound investment advice. Today's high net worth individuals are looking for a niche, luxury property that is uniquely aesthetic, well appointed and most importantly, ready to move into. Prices for top luxury properties are forecast to rise by 13.5% in 2023 and we see this in the apparent imbalance between supply and demand in the market. In my opinion, the properties in our portfolio are the realisation of luxury living."

In the past four months, B1 Real Estate has acted as the exclusive broker, single-handedly selling four character villas at Alpago Properties on Frond G Billionaire Street.

In addition, two exemplary garden villas by Soho Developments were also sold recently.

Casa Del Sole, developed by Alpago Properties, is now the most expensive residence in Dubai at Dhs302.5 million.

The double-signature villa, likened to a palace, has four floors from the basement to the first floor and an enclosed area of 25,000 square feet.

The award-winning architectural firm SAOTA, together with CK Architecture and Interior Design, have carefully designed the villa.

Priced at Dhs128 million, Framed Allure is another project by Alpago Properties.

This 19,240 sq ft property has a double height entrance and five suites built over four floors.

It is an architectural masterpiece by renowned architect Emre Arolat, with interiors designed by CK Architectures and Interiors, and is home to one of Dubai's oldest olive trees.

Riva Del Lusso, priced at Dhs130 million, is another project by Alpago Properties. With an enclosed area of over 13,000 square feet, the signature villa consists of four floors, five bedrooms and a unique underwater car garage for 10 cars.

The two fully furnished boutique garden villas, custom built by Soho Developments, were sold for Dhs68 million and Dhs53 million respectively.

Each modern villa has an enclosed area of 10,575 square feet and consists of three floors with a rooftop lounge/pool deck and a private beach access.
