Abstract: The project is the first residential project in the Middle East to propose 'bio-living', a lifestyle steeped in nature

MAG, the UAE's leading real estate developer, announced the launch of Keturah Reserve, an exclusive AED 3 billion innovative luxury residential project located in Meydan, one of Dubai's most sought-after residential areas.

Offering transformative living through spatial design, the project is the first residential project in the Middle East to immerse residents in nature through a "bio-living" concept that integrates nature into the built environment to improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of its occupants.Keturah Reserve is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025.

Keturah Reserve features superb residences, including villas and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The project's amenities include expansive common spaces, an outdoor pool, women's and men's gyms, a spa, restaurants and wellness facilities.

Other activities at the project include a Pilates studio, water bike pool, silk rope classes, rooftop meditation and a yoga space, all designed to strengthen the body's core from the inside out.

Keturah Reserve is a place to take care of the inner self, inspired by the concept of "from the inside out". All facilities, activities and food service are planned with this concept in mind.

At the heart of the project is the park, a lush 300,000 square foot landscaped space for residents to recharge and socialize, shaded by globally sourced millennial olive trees that remind the Al Gaddah family of their origins as olive farmers and plantation owners.

Keturah Reserve homes are angled to capture and maximize natural light, allowing it to gently diffuse throughout the interior with no heat or glare.

The double-level interior spaces increase the flow of naturally cooled air and reduce the need for air conditioning. The open-space design also has no corridors or aisles, and each space has custom-designed furniture and fixtures to optimize the flow of passageways.

Keturah Reserve is part of the new luxury real estate and hospitality brand Keturah, designed by renowned architect Charlie Wu.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, Senior Executive Chairman of MAG, said in his comments." Keturah Reserve was conceived and designed like no other, with every detail carefully crafted to enhance and enrich the lives of its residents. The project is the epitome of luxury living with a true sense of community."
