Abstract: MAG, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, has acquired a gold land parcel in Dubai's city center for AED 350 million (approximately USD 95.2 million), intending to create the Keturah Residential District. The noteworthy project, named Keturah Reserve, has a total value of AED 3 billion (approximately USD 816 million) and is located in the Meydan district.

The Keturah Residential District brand has achieved remarkable success since its announcement. Previous projects like Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort received widespread recognition, demonstrating significant appeal and highlighting the high demand for strategic land plots in Dubai's real estate industry by investors and buyers.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, MAG's Senior Vice Chairman, expressed enthusiasm, stating, "We are delighted to secure this prime land parcel in the heart of Dubai for another iconic project under the Keturah brand." He further emphasized that the strategically located land in Dubai's city center presents an excellent opportunity for the development of the Keturah brand.

Keturah Reserve is a large-scale luxury residential project set to begin construction at the end of 2022. The project includes 114 four-bedroom townhouses, 10 five-bedroom townhouses, 467 one to four-bedroom apartments, and 69 plots for building distinctive villas. The entire development is planned for completion in the first half of 2025, bringing a completely new lifestyle to Dubai's city center.

Additionally, the Keturah brand will extend into the resort sector. Keturah Resort, situated along a tranquil creek, is hailed as a luxurious, healthy, and serene beacon. The resort comprises only 12 luxurious creek-front homes and scarce creek-side residences, providing a unique choice for those seeking a high-quality lifestyle.

Al Gaddah added, "The visionary leadership and long-term strategic planning of the UAE encourage us to continuously build and launch innovative projects, creating more value for the residents of this city. Dubai has never disappointed and consistently surpasses expectations."

The Keturah City Center project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027, introducing a unique landmark to Dubai's city center. This project will further enrich and enhance Dubai's real estate market, offering more choices for investors and buyers and injecting new vitality into the city's development.
