The Haven community will elevate community living in Dubai to new heights, providing residents with a haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, offering them an exquisite suburban living experience.

The community's master plan is well thought out, centered around lush central parks, promoting connectivity through a network of shaded pathways that facilitate access to all facilities and social areas. These pathways lead to expansive central parks, allowing residents to immerse themselves in refreshing outdoor experiences, promoting relaxation and wellness.

Located opposite the Al Habtoor Polo Resort along the popular traffic corridor of Dubai-Al Ain Road, the Haven community provides convenient access to major business and lifestyle centers such as Dubai Downtown and Dubai Financial City, as well as attractions like Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Dubai Mall. The first phase of the Haven community is set to commence in the second quarter of 2024, with an expected delivery by the third quarter of 2027. The community will also offer a range of additional services that residents can avail of as per their needs, including on-demand health-focused meals, home care and housekeeping services, landscaping, childcare and nursing, and tour concierge services. Additionally, the community will feature key facilities such as schools, nurseries, shaded play areas, a mosque, and a retail center with gymnasiums and office spaces, providing residents with a holistic living experience.

The overall planning of the development project will aim for LEED certification and will incorporate sustainable measures in the design to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption. Apart from fostering social connectivity and wellness, the community will also include key sustainable features in line with Aldar's commitment to promoting sustainable living, such as electric vehicle charging points, efficient water fixtures, and smart waste management.
