Abstract: Organised by Strategic Conferences & Exhibitions under the patronage of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), International Property Show 2023 is one of the Middle East's largest property platforms for the local and global markets.

UAE - The 19th edition of the International Property Show kicked off today (12 February) at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting more than 120 property exhibitors from more than 40 countries around the world.

Organised by Strategic Conferences & Exhibitions under the patronage of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), IPS 2023 is one of the Middle East's largest real estate platforms for the local and global markets.

Over the next two days, property developers and sub-developers will present a package of investment opportunities in front of a large number of potential buyers, in addition to a wide range of real estate projects from many of the exhibiting countries.

The show was opened by Sultan Buti Bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, in the presence of Dawood Al Shezawi, Chairman of the International Real Estate Show, Tariq Ramadan, Show Director and other key players in the real estate industry.

Following the launch ceremony, Bin Mejren was accompanied by a group of event participants and delegates who toured the show grounds, visiting the pavilions of several participating local and global government and private organisations.

Participants praised the 19th edition of IPS as an event that presented new and different ideas, while running in tandem with the UAE's current policy of providing significant support to the important real estate sector.

"IPS 2023 coincides with the launch of Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and is in line with the sustainable development strategy adopted by Dubai, where the real estate market accounts for more than 9% of the emirate's GDP," noted Al Shezawi.

"IPS 2023 is a unique opportunity for real estate developers, leading global construction and consulting firms and real estate stakeholders to showcase the latest innovative services in a variety of real estate markets, thereby promoting Dubai's real estate ecosystem," he added.

"IPS is an effective platform for exhibitors," said Husni Al Bayari, Chairman and Founder of D&B Real Estate, explaining that it is important that Dubai is seen as the ideal environment to promote and seize opportunities in the real estate sector.

Al Bayari expressed his appreciation for the event, saying." The show brings together an elite group of exhibitors and we hope to use the event to showcase Dun & Bradstreet Real Estate's extensive experience in serving global investors in the real estate sector."

Giovanna Guzman, CEO of International Real Estate Group, jokingly described the IPS show as the largest real estate platform in the Middle East, saying." The event offers IRG a unique opportunity to promote the company's trademarks on a large scale and expand its business through extensive networking with other companies."

The second day of IPS 2023 will feature three panel discussions. The first is entitled "Real Estate Leaders' Perspectives on the Development Sector; Opportunities, Threats, Regulations and Technology".

The second session is "Digital Transformation. Technology and the transformation of the real estate industry" and the third session will discuss the views of real estate pioneers on the market outlook and buyer behaviour.

In addition, several renowned speakers will provide event participants with their insights in addition to a talk on "Real Estate Funds. Challenges and Perspectives".

IPS 2023 will also feature three panel discussions on the second day of the event: "Real Estate Leaders' Perspectives on the Development Sector; Opportunities, Threats, Regulations and Technology"; "Digital Transformation. Technology and the transformation of the real estate industry"; and a third panel will discuss real estate pioneers and their views on the market outlook and buyer behaviour.

The event will also witness the second edition of the Real Estate Think Tank Programme, organised in collaboration with the Real Estate Network Partners, as well as the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Conference, organised in collaboration with the Young Professionals Network.
