Abstract: Tenants in the Al Quoz Creative District who are redeveloping or renovating their properties will be exempted from paying rent for two years.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, said the move is part of the framework of the 100-day plan for the Al Quoz Creative District development project.

The ambitious project aims to transform the area into a comprehensive, integrated creative district that will attract talent from around the world. The Dubai government launched Al Quoz Creative District in April of this year.

The district is home to several art galleries, community theaters, sports centers and restaurants.

The district is a new hub for creative businesses, including visual arts, film, music and cultural heritage.

Landlords of various outlets welcome rent waivers for creative businesses undergoing renovations.

The Al Quoz Creative District's 100-day plan has identified priority actions to develop the district.

It has also set goals and targets to advance the two pillars of the project, infrastructure and support for creatives.

The plan was initiated by the project's High Committee led by Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture).
