Dubai's real estate market recorded 462 sales transactions worth Dh1.46 billion on Monday, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
There were also 77 mortgage transactions worth Dh1.64 billion, and 23 gift transactions worth Dh44.52 million.
Sales included 426 villas and flats valued at Dh822.86 million and 36 plots of land valued at Dh633.7 million.
Mortgages included 58 villas and flats worth Dhs403.76 million and 19 plots of land worth Dhs1.24 billion, bringing today's total real estate transactions to over Dhs3.1 billion.
